Although a little younger than some other POS companies, ShopKeep POS has established itself with strong features and good customer service. Better suited to the food and beverage industry, ShopKeep is a reasonably priced option throughout the growing stages of your business.
If you have another option go with it, this company has a horrible customer service specially when you have a problem with their merchant service, they left me without getting my daily sales deposits into my account. They don’t care if you are in need of that money or not, they have their customer service over Philippines and they promise you that they are going to call you back and they never do that. They promise you that everything is going to be ok and they left me in the dark. Now is day 5 since I realize they haven’t deposit all my batch for march and a lot of batch fro. Feb 2022 they haven’t deposit all of them, you have to always cintarlo check on their deposits because they don’t like to deposit and they blame it on first data. This is horrible experience they made me call about 10 different numbers some of them didn’t even work and some of them didn’t have the idea of what I need it.
Please go somewhere else their system is great but their way to conduct credit card processing is horrible. They might want to give you some sore if discount if you use their merchant but that is. Where they get their profit by not deposit some batch, I’m going to be getting some legal advise because my employees are not getting paid because my merchant from Shopkeep decide not to pay me at all the sales I already made.
